Who processes your data

MANA App is operated by Lorenzo Lanciotti, who is the controller of your personal data, based at Via Gianlorenzo Bernini 42, 63822 Porto San Giorgio (FM), Italy. For information or to exercise your rights, you can write to privacy@mana-app.it.

What you share and why

We collect a reference for your business and the contact method you choose: email or phone for a free trial; email for subscription availability notifications. Required fields are necessary to handle your request. You do not need to create a MANA account.

For a trial, we use your data to respond to your request and arrange access to the service, based on pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For subscription notifications, we rely on the consent given in the form (Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us, without affecting processing already carried out.

How we handle your data

Requests are recorded in MANA systems and can be accessed by people authorised to handle them. The application infrastructure is provided by Amazon Web Services in the Frankfurt region; CloudFront delivers static content through its global network. Your contact details are not included in page URLs or public statistics. The form does not use advertising tools, tracking pixels or automatic newsletters.

How long we keep it

We keep data for the time needed to handle the requested trial; for notifications, until we send the message about subscription availability or you withdraw the request. Legal obligations or the need to protect rights may require retention of the relevant documentation only. You can request deletion of your contact details by writing to the address above.

Your rights

Where the GDPR provides, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and object to applicable processing. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. We do not use automated decision-making for the contacts collected.

Cookies and technical data

The landing page does not install profiling cookies or include third-party analytics or advertising services. Hosting services may process technical data needed to deliver pages and maintain security. The form keeps entered data only in page memory until submission or until the page is closed.
